SUBDIVISIONS
Today, people today are looking for ways to live off the grid. However, while this is something that is very appealing in general, they don’t want to give up any of the conveniences and dependability that they have become accustomed to having in their daily lives. iM-1 Development is able to provide a reliable, renewable and sustainable power source that gives customers the comfort of doing something good for the environment without having to live without the convenience of the technologies that they rely upon each day.
iIM-1 Development achieves this by installing stand-alone, hydrogen storage and fuel-cell power generation systems within each subdivision. The Company is able to scale its technology to meet the needs of any sized subdivision and each system is designed to produce more power than is required for its specific application. iM-1 Development connects its fuel-cell power generation systems to its own distribution system to create a microgrid that is run primarily in an isolated mode away from the local power company grid. However, each system does have a “switch” that is able to connect our system to the local power grid. When the switch is activated, excess power from the microgrid flows to the local power grid helping to support the local power company during times of high demand.
iM-1 Development is able to produce electricity in real time through the use of natural, renewable and sustainable sources. Our hydrogen powered systems run independent from traditional energy company power grids. The primary, natural resources that are used in these hydrogen power generation systems include solar, wind and water.
Through the process that takes place of producing electricity for the Company’s hydrogen powered microgrids, the emissions created are heat and water vapor. These emissions are 100% natural and do not pollute the earth the way production of electricity from coal and natural gas does.
iM-1 Development seeks not to replace traditional power companies. On the contrary, the Company seeks to be a value-add to these companies. We are willing to sell our excess electricity to the local power grids, thus providing them with a low cost option to support their grids during times of high demand.

iM-1 Development supports the power needs of new residential subdivisions. Our initial target customer will be a small, boutique homebuilder in the Scottsdale, Arizona marketplace who will help showcase the “Proof of Concept” microgrid. These projects are typically found in highly desirable, in-fill locations. By creating these developments, which are powered by fuel-cell microgrids, the Company is able to develop cutting edge, forward-thinking neighborhoods that are not a drain on local, dated and overworked power grids.
Below is a sample Site Plan of a boutique subdivision that iM-1 Development is looking for to install its “Proof of Concept” fuel cell powered microgrid. This fuel-cell powered microgrid will be able to power all of the homes, the common areas and the entry gates of the community. The “Proof of Concept” neighborhood is expected to create tremendous buzz in the industry by showing how an entire subdivision can be powered by a net-zero emissions, green, renewable energy source that does not rely solely on the local power grid.

As iM-1 Development fuel-cell powered microgrids go beyond the “Proof of Concept” neighborhood, iM-1 Development believes that there will be significant interest from national home builders that have a presence in the greater Phoenix marketplace. This interest will bring opportunities for contracts and joint ventures with those national home builders to provide clean, sustainable power to their new neighborhoods across the United States. The Company will evaluate each new opportunity in order to verify that there are reasonable expectations for strong Returns on Investment as well as to grow the Brand wisely.
