iM-1 Development, Inc. is a net-zero emissions energy company focusing on powering new real estate projects. The Company creates stand-alone fuel cell power systems that power real estate projects off the traditional electrical grid.
Residential and commercial developments of the future can be powered by clean, renewable power generation through the use of hydrogen fuel-cells. By connecting the company’s microgrids to its fuel cell power systems, iM-1 Development is able to power real estate developments with clean, renewable and sustainable power. The end result produces net-zero emission real estate projects. The Company has licensed technologies for hydrogen storage, fuel-cells and nano-carbon composite materials that it utilizes to create power systems.
The Business Model of the Company includes selling fuel-cell powered microgrids to support new residential and commercial development projects. The initial target customers include national home builders. We also believe that there are opportunities to partner with large developers in creating master-planned communities that are focused on net-zero emissions and organic living.
In addition to the residential real estate sector, iM-1 Development can also power commercial real estate projects with its fuel-cell technologies. These projects include stand-alone commercial projects as well as commercially zoned parcels that are included within master-planned communities.
In the future, iM-1 Development will consider opportunities to license its technologies in other Countries around the world. Management has personal relationships with various groups within the commercial development sectors, from hotel and casino ownership to international consultant companies that are working on large, international projects. These relationships will be utilized for the purpose of increasing revenues for the Company as well as strengthening its brand.
BRIAN RIVES - CHAIRMAN & CEO
Brian Rives possesses more than 25 years of experience working in the residential real estate construction sector with more than 17 of those years working specifically in luxury real estate development. His experience ranges from land acquisition and development to building custom homes and subdivisions. Brian graduated from Arizona State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering and Management.
Mr. Rives started his career working for national home builders before striking out on his own. Throughout his career, Brian has personally managed over $500,000,000 in real estate projects, including the acquisition and development of thousands of residential lots and the construction of hundreds of homes. In 2004 Mr. Rives founded Cantabria Homes, Inc. which specializes in building multi-million-dollar estates, primarily in the Scottsdale, Arizona marketplace.
Mr. Rives is also the CEO of iM-1 Energy, LLC, the parent company of IM-1 Development. iM-1 Energy manages the technologies that are licensed to iM-1 Development.
